As you seem to live in Florida,

As it seems there are a few changes actually happening in a thing called "climate"

As this Climate thing that is changing has some kind of impact on sea level and meteorology,

As the pronostics of impact along the US shorelines are... let's say "pessimistic"

Then, I'd strongly advise to find another place for living, somewhat "higher" ground speaking...

Doing that when "people" are not rushing all at the same time to get some property could seem as a good idea.

All that is of course dependant on the fact that things are impermanent in life and that human beings HAVE a direct impact on their surroundings. Impact which is rarely positive, for humans and said surroundings.

Or... you can send them to me, I'm sure I can put 200K to good use ^o^

hmm.... I dont see that as an option beings that my family lives in Florida I have a decent job, My wife has a decent job, my kids are in good schools and we just moved into our house 6 months ago. also I dont think the seas are going to raise 150 feet in my life time.

I more or less guessed your general line of thinking would go in that direction ^o^

Ya but you can get the same sort of sound from an M3/4 for a 1/3 the price and getting a GT3RS to 9000 RPM would land you in jail real fast

An M3 sounds way different. I suggest you try a GT3 RS some day, videos don't do it justice.

I guess using it would be difficult in the US if you don't have a track nearby. You guys really need something like the Autobahn.

There are bigger things to worry about in Florida then it turning into a water world.

I agree.  GT3RS sitting in bumper to bumper traffic every day does not sound like a fun thing to do.

Fierce Bloody Angel

Why did you come to this world?

Pay off my student loans, pay off the mortgage. Put the rest into savings to retire 10-15 yrs earlier. Being free from the corporate slave world is more important to me than owning a sports car.

What would you use a gun that big for  they are bulky and heavy I much rather have an M4 or if your in need of a sniper rifle a good M39 would be much more practical

It's a huge scam, the loan companies essentially pick what they wish to charge you per month (changes yearly) and the overall balance barely goes down. They base it on your income, not taking into account cost of living expenses, such as your mortgage, food, gas, etc. We pay about $600/month total on our student loans that will never be paid off. I (think) they're forgiven after 20 years but in the meantime, they take up about 15%-20% of our income.

In the US, only two types of people drive Porches

  1. Wealthy old people
  2. People massively overcompensating for about everything, driving included.

And the first category is shrinking as them old people are dying.

Old people Drive Corvettes in the US but the other you may be right. Though people like that in Florida usually drive Jacked up Trucks and Jeeps.

Porsche is changing! Most of their sales are coming from luxury SUVs now. Most people lease them for several years before they fall apart. So IMHO, the same people who drive a Porsche would also drive a Lexus SUV or a Cadillac Escalade... So middle-class people from the suburbs who like to purchase everything on credit and don't want to admit that they have spending problems and debt?

I was stupid and used my GI bill just to survive and pay my rent while attending college. I had just left the military and had a crappy $8/hr job and knew I needed a degree to get anywhere. I took out student loans for an overpriced for profit college while using my monthly GI bill for necessities.

Yeah, I'm sure no one would actually drive one because they like driving them.
