raid HELP! Use SSD as Cache and OS Drive at same time Windows 10 on Intel RST

Hi! Intel RST last update added a new optoin to Create an RAID array, with the option of adding an NVMe drive for Caching it (similar to Acceleration option). The problem is that, even with BIOS RAID activated, it was never able to detect any NVMe Drive or letting me Accelerate via Intel Smart Response Technology (even another different to the one holding Windows 10), and also, I want to use my 1 TB 3D Nvme SSD for both caching my two 1TB HDD and runing my OS and school programs and project files (the reason I bought an NVMe SSD).

I'd tried all the basic "google search" setups and configurations, the only thing left is to reinstall my OS suspecting it was installed on AHCI mode, possibly a terrible error (and losing my OEM copy of Windows in the Process, of course, 'cause my pc was barebones). I thought maybe someone in this forum was able to successfull to use and SSD partition to accelerate HDD or making an RAID1 array with it. If you have any ideas to get this done i'll wellcome every suggestion.

My SSD is an Crucial P1 1TB 3D NAND CT1000P1SSD8

My motherboard model is unknow, but both (even for gigabyte I thought, they never answered me) https://www.gigabyte.com/Mini-PcBarebone/GB-BNi7HG4-950-rev-10/sp#sp but both M.2 slots are NVMe, and SATA interface is SATAIII 6Gbps
