One 2080ti > a Titan V.
In any case, NVLink isn't `that` great with the 2080ti, I would stick with one card. If you got money to blow, go for an RTX Titan.

4 titans would be best, shred those games to pieces. Yes, your setup is amazing, most expensive stuff just piled on, and that's it. Dual cards setup in 2019 for gaming is just plain stupid IMHO.

I don't know about 2 graphics cards. SLI is pretty much dead now, with many games not supporting it. For example, in BFV, you can't turn on ray tracing unless you disable SLI. Maybe if you dedicate one card for streaming or doing....idk something. I'm sure you can put the other graphics card to use, but purely for gaming, many newer titles don't support SLI.

 

But otherwise, your question is rhetorical. What you listed is literally the best that money can buy right now, of course it can destroy games.

You don't need an i9 and 2x 2080ti's unless you're gonna be playing maxed out 4k at 144fps, but if that's what you want to it'll be good

Wow, you're spending an absolutely insane amount of money on things that will barely impact performance. Are you going for 64gb of memory spread across eight sticks as well as two 4TB SSDs and a 1TB NVMe SSD? Do you need SSD storage for all of that? Because if you're just concerned about bulk storage you can save hundreds by going with a high performance, reliable HDD instead and purchasing only one 4TB SSD, or even a smaller 1-2TB SSD and using the HDD for the rest. There are some really good HDDs out there and while they don't perform as fast as SSD of course, would be fine if you're just storing movies or music or whatever.

 

You really don't need two GPUs, it's just a bad idea all around. It's a huge waste of money for almost no boost in performance and in some cases, further complications and decreases in performance depending on the game and how it supports it.

 

This build looks like a bunch of expensive parts were thrown together kind of haphazardly. If I were you I'd define a budget for myself and reconsider where you'd get the highest yields and what kinds of things you value the most.

Why on earth you have soundcard there? Pro tip: they need drivers and for the long term use, thats not good. Invest for DAC instead if you have headphones to back it. Otherwise whatever comes with mobo is fine.
