Upgrading my 2500k build to a Ryzen 3600

So I currently have a i5 2500K OC'd to about 4.3Ghz that is getting rather old and I want to upgrade it.

At first I was planning on a combo of a Ryzen 5 3600 in a ASUS TUFX570-Plus Gaming board and a set of 2x8GB RAM (CMK16GX4M2Z3200C16)

But since the store I ordered from initially now has a expected delivery date of way out into September I want to buy from another store.

So my question is basically, is this a good setup? I was debating getting a ASRock X570M Pro4 board for possibly getting a smaller case in the future. Are there any disadvantages to microATX other than the obvious lack of more than 2 PCI-E ports?

Thanks!

Kinda hard to say, I do live in Norway which has slightly higher prices. But I guess around $650 or so. Only looking for a Motherboard, CPU and RAM combo for now. Have a well working GTX 1060 6GB.

If you want a mATX option, I'd go with B450. Something like the B450M Mortar, Gaming Plus, or Bazooka Plus.

If you're looking for a different X570 board, the AORUS Elite is a good option in that price range.

You could always pick an MSI board with biosflashback function if no MSI b450 max boards are for sale. Those MSI max-versions are new with a larger bios chip and will support 3000-series out of the box.

MSI B450M Mortar Titanium seems to atleast be in stock at a store, none other of the mATX ones were in.

So this, a Ryzen 3600 and then I need a set of RAM. Just browsing through I guess maybe a set of Corsair Vengeance LPX Black DDR4 3200MHz 2x8GB (CMK16GX4M2B3200C16)?

This should all fit a Noctua NH-D14? Just need to get hold of an adapter for AM4.
