Yes it can it will be called 59.94  which is just technical speak for 60fps in a Drop Frame Timecode.  that being said are you sure you want to be spending 1400+ on this when you could get something like a Black Magic Micro Cinema Camera?

Thx for the reply, but im also gonna be using the camera to help in a friends cinematography hobby. Do you recommend any lens for like movie quality videos and a lens for the "webcam"

The Micro Cinema Camera can do the same and it uses the same lenses as a the BMPCC4K.

Interm of lenses for Webcam vs Movie Quality because the camera in both situations doesnt auto focus go with cheap cinema primes,  as for a webcam you will want a 12-14mm equivalent lens and then you will want that same lens along with a 35mm, 50mm or 55mm lens an 70mm or 80mm  and finally a 120mm or 130mm for starters.  The other way to go is pick up two zoom lenses, the MFT zoom lenses normally start at 14mm and will go to either 45mm, 75mm, or 100mm all depending on price and how slow an aperture you are willing to go with.  You will then also get a lens that fills in from where the first "wide" zoom lens ends and goes to at least 130mm but preferably as high as 200mm or 250mm depending on what your budget and aperture requirements are.
