Problem with thermaltake riing 12 rgb fans

Hello

 

I have a problem with my case fans. They wont light up sometimes but when i turn on my computer the fans spin at 1200 rpm. So they spin up when i turn on my computer but after a while of gaming or something like tha the fans stop spining. When the fan stops spining the rgb also stops working.

Are they connected to a fan/rgb controller?
