Non-existing. DVD capacity is max 8.5Gb.

Blu-Ray can hold up to 128Gb, but of course you need the disks themselves, the proper readers, and the proper writers all of which can add up to be pretty expensive.

DVD-18. It’s essentially two dual layer DVDs glued together to get approximately 17GB of total storage.

If you’re looking for writable DVD-18s, have fun because I believe they barely exist, but if you’re just looking for them in general, look at Warner Bros. budget multiple movie sets and show box sets from them, like Friends and Looney Tunes.

HD DVD had 15GB or 30GB capacities. I've never seen or even heard of those dual layer, double sided DVD's. Must be super obscure stuff.

They were pretty rare. Occasionally you'd find a very old DVD Movie (or collection of movies) on them. For example: One side has the theatrical cut, the other side has the directors cut.

 

You could in theory find writeable DVD-18's, but I don't think I've ever encountered one.

You wouldn't, because the Burner wouldn't know the difference between DVD-9 and DVD-18. DVD-18 is basically two DVD-9's sandwiched together.
