Best PC case under 60 $?

Good day, i need help with finding best PC case (under 60 $) for my components. I´d like to have in my PC case: Cable managment, dust filters, Fan controls with installed fans, best airflow in the case

 

List of my components:

AMD Ryzen 5 3600,

Gigabyte GTX 1060 3 GB,

Corsair RMx 650W,

HyperX Fury Black 16 GB DDR4 3200 MHz,

Toshiba 1 TB DT01ACA100,

MSI B450M BAZOOKA - AMD B450,

Kingston HyperX FURY SSD 120GB.

That case would also work. Though it looks like it comes with three pre installed fans already, so unless you really just care about the most performance with the least amount of noise, you probably dont need to buy the fans.
