Wireless Networking for Gaming and Streaming

Hello LTT Community, I am looking towards upgrading my PC overall and part of what I'm looking into for this upgrade is the wireless networking. I understand that wireless networking is not the best for streaming/gaming but where I'm situated calls for wireless. My budget is maximum $100-75 USD and I have typical middle-class WiFi. Is there any good router, adapter, etc. that is recommended for my needs? Thanks and please excuse any typos

Have you tried powerline adapters? They convert the electrical in your house into an ethernet connection.

This is what I did for a long time, until I got gigabit internet at least (old house wiring meant my 1Gbps theoretical speed fell to ~100Mbps after the adapters). I now use a Neatgear A7000 WiFi USB3.0 Adapter, it's still not near my max bandwidth (~300Mbps where I am in the house), but it's much better than the adapters were, and haven't noticed any loss of signal.
