High download speeds but also high ping

So ive been sitting around all day trying to figure this out i just moved into a house right across the street and my ping is 90 to 100.

I use a ethernet cable and i have the 500mb package threw spectrum im seeing those speeds but im also seeing high ping,

ive checked all drivers their all up to date im in need of serious help here!

Call Spectrum, sounds like an issue on their end.

Brands I wholeheartedly reccomend (though do have flawed products): Apple, Razer, Corsair, Asus, Gigabyte, bequiet!, Noctua, Fractal, GSkill (RAM only)

What was your ping, against the same server, before you moved and what is your actual download speed -- not just what you pay for? 

 

Also, download speed on a multithreaded TCP connection can be high even with high ping.

I have the 500g package im getting around 450 my ping was jsut around 100 on fortnite and rust
