Sennheiser CX 6.00BT issue

Hi

I've recently bought these wireless earphones and i ve never had BT earbuds before so maybe im doing something wrong. They charge atleast it looks like it. But if you unplug them from power they re just dead. You cant turn them on. But when you connect them to charge and while charging pair it with you phone they connect and if i play music or something and then unplug them from power they work just fine. I dont know if they are broken or what but i can return them if they are damaged. When they are unpluged LED light dosnt work at all. If you plug them on to power LED shows RED after charging them the light is BLUE so i unplug them but they dont work so i plug them again and the LED is RED. Maybe battery is is broken. I dont know guys help me out.

Contact Sennheiser . Or try returning them. They sound defective.
