Basically every single $30 NEW PSU is hot garbage. Either that or they're just lying on this listing

 

SAMA haven't seemed sketchy to me, they made the SAMA IM01, a great competitor to the NR200p for a lot less and the Im01 supports an atx psu and an matx motherboard

 

But this definitely looks sketchy, it's not sold or shipped by Newegg

 

EDIT: was reading the features and saw this, just thought it was something funny 😄. Like yes it's good for high altitude areas but how far do you need to go to include more features on your tech sheet
