Will this run 1 144hz monitor and 1 60 hz monitor?

Can it run 2 monitors? Yes

Will it perform well while gaming? Unless you turn the settings down a lot, no.

Beep. Wrong. Assume you will be playing on the 144hz and browsing on 60hz? Of course you can do that and it will run like you connected one monitor almost. Depends on what you are watching on the second monitor of course..

Okay then it will be limited quite a bit.. And unless you plan on turning 144hz down to 60hz, consider getting two identical monitors.
