Task Manager > Performance > Memory is missing Speed, Slots Used, & Form Factor.

Hello, my Task Manager's Memory tab is missing these 3 Speed, Slots Used, & Form Factor. What is wrong?

Some builds of windows dont have/show this info AFAIK.

IDK but maybe just check with another tool or BIOS and if it runs at wanted speed etc. and no problem found etc. then just close the performance task manager and don't open it again

Yeah one thing that could be the issue is the windows version, maybe make sure you are updated to latest w10 version ?

I just downloaded CPU-Z and it doesn't show anything either besides my capacity.

Windows 10 latest version if 1903, you are on (based on the build number you provided) 1803.

 

So you can update and see, but to my knowledge, you can only get the information your motherboard can provide. If it cannot provide then the information cannot be acquired (at least not using the official documented ways0). You can try a BIOS/UEFI update, and make sure you have the latest chipset drivers, but that is all you can do. If you motherboard manufacture decided to not support to report the system information to Windows (and programs), then there is not much one can do. Maybe the motherboard manufacture has its own tools it wants to force you to use to get that information (if there is one) by using some property protocol, or maybe some BIOS/UEFI option that disable reporting back some information (for some reason) but that is all. You can contact the motherboard manufacture and see what is up, but it could be just a waste of time as your "issue" is probably something that Level 1 support doesn't have instructions for, let alone Level 2 support, and probably will assume it is faulty and ask you to a warranty replacement and waste your time, or tell you some crap like the RAM as the exact model isn't listed in the supported/tested RAM modules.

Is windows running in a VM? You seem to have a ridiculous number of network interfaces (beyond what would normally be possible with a physical machine) and this behavior (no info on ram slots etc.) is something that I can confirm happens in my win10 VM that I have.

Twas a bad OC. Lowering it down to 3200 showed it again. Quite surprised I can even get this OC on a Ryzen 1000 with XMP on 4 DIMMs.
