Graphics Card (With System Build Only)

Hello friends,

 

Im currently building my first PC ever and have a question. Some of the GPUs I have been looking at online have the phrase (With System Build Only) associated with them. Can someone please explain to me what this term means. Cheers.

I am assuming this is only the price and card available if you purchase a full system build from the supplier you are looking at.
