What anti virus should I get for my new Nitro 5 (amd)

Just use Windows Defender (assuming you left it on Windows 10), that's what I use and it does a really good job.  If you want something extra, also use Malwarebytes.

Currently focusing on my video game collection.

It doesn't matter what you play games on, just play good games you enjoy.
