USB 3.0 port works only with usb 2 devices

i installed windows 10 pro recently and my 2 usb 3.0 ports doesnt work after that with withh usb 3.0 devices and only work with usb 2.0 devices.
i tried unistalling every usb 3.0 drivers in devise manager and reinstalling them and still not working.

my laptop  is lenovo y700
