Drive shows 201gb used all folders inside it says 50gb used.

HELP?

am using an SSD 250gb m.2

Ive defragmented the disk and tested it for errors.

Right click C drive > Properties > Tools > Free Up Space > System > Tick Clean System Files then run a scan, tick every box and click Clean.

 

Warning: expect this to take A VERY LONG TIME!!!!!!

You need to press the button that says Clean System Files
