Is Mini ITX X570 even worth it?

I have seen some awesome X570 Motherboards from GigaByte at Computex,  and it makes me want to have my own ITX Zen 2 machine

But only having one PCI E slot is kinda a bummer when PCI E Gen 4 is half of what makes Ryzen so cool

Would having only M.2 storage be a bad trade off to have a cool build like this

I wouldn't say so. My ITX build has 1 GPU and 2x M.2s. Can't say it's missing anything but 10 gigabit ethernet.

Hope that comes built in on newer ITX boards for when I rebuild that one.

I don't have itx, but I've been drooling over it, planning for a while. To be frank, idk what I'd use pcie for other than a single GPU. I'm a really basic bitch.

ITX is an acquired taste, but be warned that if you enjoy it you might get addicted. *Glares at three Node 202 cases*

@Ithanulhas mITX x99 systems, which lose out more on PCIe.

But it all depends on what you want out of your system.

The H100 is just the elite 110 on it's side and 200mm fan support, but now that CoolerMaster plan to launch the G200P and G400P low profile coolers I think ould love to do a blackout mini-itx build in a Raijintek ophion.

ITX is a trade off, but can be a challenge to see how much one can shove in a small case.  I seen folks get pretty creative using two sided tape to stick SSDs into spots inside ITX cases.  Or, other folks get custom external PSU done into power bricks so there is more room inside the cases.

I have two ITX cases myself, not either one is my main rig, but I have them for some fun side rigs.
