That's a 60Hz monitor 1080P monitor.

Make sure V-SYNC is disabled.

Were those Youtube benchmarks using an overclocked i9-9900k at 1080p? 1080p tends to be fairly CPU-bound at higher frame rates.

Do you have any overclocking done? I have the same processor, a x470 board and a 2080ti and as you see you are outscoring me, Im running stock settings on my gear and have zero issues with low frame rate. If you have OC done on any of your stuff maybe its not as stable as you think?

What're your background processes lookin like prior to launch?  Check your CPU/GPU/HD usesage prior to launchin them, if you don't know.  There could be a background process issue that's come out w/the constant big updates to Windows 10 as of late - I had an issue w/my HD throttlin to max usage while idle for no reason, which tanked my games.

I've seen other similar reports, which's likely why they're sendin out so many patches in an attempt to fix the issues.  YouTube channels have also stated Microsoft knows about the issues.
