how to build a NAS with multiple drive and capacity is 10tb?

Depends if you want simplicity and a nice GUI or don't mind tinkering and changing things around.

If you want to just drop in drives and go then a NAS all the way

If you don't mind messing with RAID settings and Samba sharing then a linux box.
