How do I remove this virus - “Windows command processor”?

I’ve noticed some slowdown on my computer, and one of the things that is shown in my start up programs is this “Windows Command Processor” I cant seem to find much about it or video tutorials, other than scammers to help remove my virus. Can someone PLEASE help me get this out of the way!! Thank you!

just a bit of googling... If you nothing shows up while scanning with all sorts of malware software, it's a windows intern script and nothing to worry about.
and scammers often use things that are supposedly a virus or malware and still it is only windows intern stuff. Because most users don't even know what all that stuff listed is, this works.
Does it appear after a full restart? Does disabling all autostart programms help?

It appears even after restarting, it shows up in my boot sequence or task manager, sorry I’m sort of new to this if I sound off. I’m using Glary Utilities 5 to check this and I noticed that wasn’t there before. I don’t know I saw something with “Windows Command Processor” potentially involving some sort of “root kit” also Is that website legitimate? Sorry if I sound ignorant

i mean the methodoloy sounds reasonable, and at least malwarebytes is highly recommended by many people her on the forums. Trust is all relative in the internet. On the microsoft forum there are some threads about this, but there's no clear answer other than run a malwaredetection software

Windows Command Processor is automatically installed on every Windows copy. It's a core system function, a relic from the old MS-DOS days. It's something else that's slowing down your PC.

Download CCleaner and see what's actually causing your slowdowns.

You may use Autoruns and see all programs and services that starts in system. If nothing suspicious - ignore it.
