I"d get the Ryzen 5 2600 instead, unless you want to stream... if you do want to stream going Ryzen 5 2600 and a GT 1660 Ti would also work as you get NVENC...

The Vega56 for the price is a great deal, it's only an issue by losig the streaming capacity you could get with Turing, the Ryzen 7 1700 is far from the best CPU for high refresh rates though...

You can definitely save some bucks on that RAM, as well as get them to 3200MHZ. Try looking at G.Skill Ripjaws V Series. 3200MHZ, 16GB and under $90. I'm recommending this because RAM is very important for Ryzen builds. Also, get a 1660 Ti for just $20-$30 more than that Vega 56. Get a better power supply too. Check out the PSU tier list for further info, but I'm looking at the SeaSonic Focus Plus Gold 650. Good shit at $62.

Wrong. The top 1660 Ti on PCPartPicker is $279, and the most expensive one seems to be $299. Please look into matters before denying people. The Vega 56 is $254, according to your first post.

In PCPartPicker, though, the highest 56 seems to be $333, and the cheapest $299. Hmmm.

Not all pc shops sell at pcpp prices I'm buying my gear at my mall computer shop.

Sure thing. PCPartPicker shows market prices, so shop prices should not dive too far from them. They may not be exact to the cent, but they serve as a fairly accurate guideline. Vega 56 is more expensive, but performs worse, as seen in many benchmarks.

Try this build:

Why the 1060, and a turbo at that, when the RX 580 is cheaper for better? Video editing PC would like 8GB of ram instead of 6.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Also, here's a cheaper alternative in case you wanted to shave away some fanciness for cash:

Cheaper case, non modular PSU, slightly slower ram, no extra cooler.

Are you in singapore? If yes I can help you scour Sim Lim Square Pricelists for a partlist. Also if you’re in Singapore and wanna buy parts from SLS I’d suggest going to Tradepac(They’re at #05-18), they usually have the best prices but you need to know what prices you should be getting and what prices you want to get so you don’t get ripped off.

(Tradepac’s pricelist is pretty unreliable though, if you want accurate prices you can call them up to get their stock price which is always almost negotiable)

This is a list with the 2060 which is better than RX580 in gaming plus you have faster memory for the GPU. The r5 2600 is an excellent CPU for editing and I don't imagine you need more than that for your editing. As for the cooler, I suggest you ask the forums to help you pick one as I don't know what is best and this one is a place holder.

I don't game much only some esports, I picked the 1700 because of the daily school news video I have to edit and upload, Jay two said more cores = easier to edit vids.
