Key switches stopped working after replacement

I recently ordered some cherry mx reds to replace my blues on my z and x key. However, occasionally they don't respond to input.

I didn't solder anything, I simply pulled out my blues (Which took considerable effort) and pushed in the red switches. I didn't hear anything snap or break.

Keyboard is a Marvo KG935, any help is much appreciated.

 What gave you the idea that you can just pull the switches out?So they work sometimes?If that's the case the keyboard might be a hot swap one,that would be weird,since all the info I found says otherwise, but in one video review there was shown that there are a switch puller and switches in the box,so it might be a hot swap after all,maybe you did not push them far enough?

The website doesn't mention it being a hot switch keyboard. After a bit of research, I realised how idiotic I was to not do any research before tampering with my keyboard. I'll have to buy a soldering kit to fix it properly in place.

The board MIGHT be a hot swap, at least according to one review.

Looking at one review, it seems like a keyswitch puller is included in the package, but I see no mention of it being a hotswap board either..

@Gayten Did you use the included silver tool to put the keyswitch or something else?

You might have ripped out something else, together with the switch

That's odd, it's a very nice feature, and it's very weird that it being hot swap is not advertised in any way, manufacturers usually advertise even the tiniest features, even useless ones.
