My bootloader unlock status is stet to "No" and thus my bootloader cannot be unlocked, so it's a locked Bootloader and I asked if there is any way of changing the status to a "Yes"
 Just do some googling ffs.

"Tap Service info > Configuration > Rooting Status. If Bootloader unlock allowed says Yes, then you can continue with the next step. If it says No, or if the status is missing, your device cannot be unlocked" <---- from the official Sony website. No, changing it to a YES does not mean the bootloader is unlocked.
