Where to plug this molex cable

Hi, I just bought a fan splitter but it's a bit different than the ones I used to use. I can't plug this to my psu (pics below)

Buy a Molex to Sata adapter if you dont have Molex.

Wouldn't there be issues since SATA power is 12V and Molex is 5V?
