LMG Office Tour - 2:30pm

Hey

 

Who else is going to the 2:30pm office tour? I'm staying not too far away from the convention centre and wondered if people want to meet up before and head down to the offices together?
My initial plan is to take public transport but if anyone has a rental or wants to share a taxi etc then we can split the cost.

I'm going to the 2:30pm tour. I'm also not far off the convention center. I was thinking of taking public transportation, but if someone has a car I don't mind to share expenses. And even without, I'm down to meet before the tour and get there together.

Great, I have had a look and by public transit it takes about 2 / 2.5 hours not sure on cost though.
I will also take look to see if Taxis are a decent option to go for.

with the three of us it might actually be worth it to taxi or rent a car

So I have had a look at the taxi prices and the cheapest estimates seem to be around 80-100CAD each way

I have the 2:30 tour as well, would be up for meeting up and splitting the cost to get there.

So four so far, a taxi is looking much better price wise if we split the cost.

Taxis can be pretty brutal, and the office is quite far from the Convention Center.  I'd recommend taking the SkyTrain to King George station (you'll want to get on the Expo line) and then cabbing/busing from there.

apparently you can rent a toyota corolla for 41 CAD a day at the airport on turo. maybe that would be our best bet. IDK, ive never personally used turo before
