Will overclocking my DDR4-2666 Mhz Ram (Without a heatsink) to 3200Mhz damage it or overheat it?

I overclocked my DDR4-2666 Mhz Ram (Without a heatsink) to 3200Mhz, and I m wondering if it will damage the RAM or overheat it?

nope, memory sticks draw at most 3w per stick, just ambient air will cool it.

So if I put a standing fan in front of my case will it improve my temperatures?

not even that, case fans already in the case will do
