Hey guys, I'm new to pc building. So my situation is that i have a coolermaster 120 lite AIO. My mobo is h310m pro-vd from msi. The AIO fan is on cpu_fan header and the pump is on the sys_fan header. These are the only fan conectors on the board. I need to instal 3x120mm intake front fans. How would i go about doing it? Heard about molex to 3pin adapters, but I dont really want the noise of fans running on 100% all the time. Any advice?

The case is masterbox lite 5.

Thanks.

Most cases can output up to 1 amp of power through a single fan header. The Masterlite AIO uses a Masterfan Pro 120 air balance fan which lists the max fan speed at 0.23 amps. You could theoretically use a 4 way spliter off of the CPU_FAN header, so long as the 3 fans you buy are under 0.25 amps. All 4 fans would then be controlled via your motherboard and ramp up/down based on CPU temps. You can usually customize that fan curve in the UEFI, but the H310 motherboard might not have that so you might need to use a 3rd party software like Speedfan

You can buy separate fan controllers that take power from sata or PCI-e and have a knob on the back that let's you control the fan speed.

I've included an example, but I haven't researched this at all so I don't know whether this particular one is good or expensive or whatever, it's just to give you an idea.

Use slow fans for molex, if the fan splitter idea doesnt work.
