Building a pc for little brother

I have a Vega aio on my personal rig , but i wanna try out a diff aio on his pc I’m still pretty new with PCs so what is the best aio out there excluding the Evgas which r pretty good imo price doesn’t matter , thank you

So do I understand you correctly in that you want a GPU with an AIO (like the EVGA Hybrid cards). If so, may I ask why that is important to you? The only AIO GPU that comes to mind other than the Vega 64 and the EVGA cards is the MSI Sea Hawk X Hybrid. That (like Vega) has a blower fan on it though, so acoustics might not be the greatest.

Just get a nice GPU and put an aftermarket water cooler on it. You'll probably get not only a better GPU, but also a better cooler for probably a similar price.

Why do you need a water cooler? If I were you, I would give him your GPU then get a non-watercooled card that is much faster for the money.
