it's a solid board, but these days gigabyte made it hard to choose with their z390's

 

they were fun projects somewhere

Gigabyte was one of the best in the past, if not actually the best (in terms of overclocking at least), i had lots of fun overclocking on LGA775 with those boards, but as time moves on companies seem to try to squeeze as much profit as possible, but the X470 boards are actually somewhat impressive in my opinion considering Z370 counterpart

you should see the z390's... those are hella impressive

 

tho we're kinda derailing here...
