By really cheap I mean anything that's not the Kraken M22, and under 85€. I just want it to look really fucking nice

but M22 looks good? Stuff like the Cooler Nasty ML240L RGB is no better in cooling despite the larger radiator and even has durability issues.

The M22 looks really good, but from the reviews it's noisy as fuck

Don't speed it up then, it's obviously for people that could have used stock air coolers if it's not for the looks.

AIOs.

120mm is perfectly fine, not really looking for a upgrade in cooling but an upgrade in looking nice

Alright.

I'll probably never speed it up, considering OCCT LinPack is 70-80C and normal load is 60C, but 90% of the stuff i do is under 45C

Iirc it's because of the load on the fan, not because the fan itself is noisy

Still, you could get something like a be quiet! fan and be able to at least get it loaded to a decent speed.

Alright then, your budget can easily get you something silent or near to, however just know that even with quiet fans, you're still generally going to hear the pump making noises no matter how expensive you go. Good options include Antec Kühler H2O K120, DeepCool MAELSTROM, Corsair Hydro Series H45 and many more. It's just a matter of finding what you neeed and at the best prices. Of course, with them being so cheap you could stick on some Arctic F12 PWM fans and have it running really quiet. 

 

Edit: Of course if you wanted a 240mm AIO, a great option is the Cooler Master Seidon 240V V3 AIO with changed fans. I know several people with these.

I meant something like the Kraken M22, looks much better than the options you suggested.

Bear in mind that the Kraken M22 is also an £80 AIO, your budget isn't exactly going to get something close. However, if you search the pages I have provided below you may be able to find something of interest for cheaper. None of them is going to be bad because they are all from reputable brands.
