Are they still worth keeping, if I tear my old gaming rig apart? 

And how much can I get if I sell them used?

It's not worth keeping since all of the newer platforms already moved to DDR4 memory. (They looks cool thought, might have a good place on your shelf, if you want to keep it a display item)

I you were to sell it, expect to sell it for roughly 150 USD.
