Dial symbols on power strips

Go to solution Solved by Mira Yurizaki,

Those are manufacturing date and lot number codes.

Hi,

I was doing some cable managment and wiring and noticed dial like sympbols on the back of power strips and surge protectors. I been searching the internet to find out what they mean but I can’t find the information anywhere. If anyone know I would be really interested to find out what they mean. Below is an example.

Likely manufacturer code and manufacturing date.

Here is info on a recall by Belkin where they explain one of the "dials" indicate year of manufacture

There's no place like ~

Man, didn't expect a video from HIM!
Sad that he hasn't done a Video in a long long time.
