Looking for a traffic control game on steam

I'm looking for weeks now but can't find one traffic control game on steam. I wanted to use this for a challenge with friends but ended up doing it on a android tablet because there was one in the play store: https://goo.gl/ceNLBu .

Hope some of you know one or have seen one.

WTF is traffic control ?  A vehicle game with people crossing streets with lights ?

something like this, it can get quite difficult and you need to be quite fast.

Cities Skylines is really a traffic simulator game disguised as a city builder.

 

No really. I'm willing to bet a vast majority of the reason why most cities people build fail or get paralyzed is due to traffic issues.

white out mods you are most of time doomed to fail  because of traffic issues

I've build a functioning city (1million citz) without mods.

 

it wasn't very "efficient" but still functioned and little to no traffic problems
