i need some good cheap laptop recommendation for AutoCAD and others workloads... any good IPS 1080p preferably with m.2 support or normal ssd... max 400 us... ty....

I think you're asking too much with too little here, my friend. AutoCAD isn't that easy to run. If your budget is so small, maybe consider buying used...

The Acer Aspire E15 has very nice specs with an i7 but its more than your budget. Maybe go preowned?

Yeah hate to say this but a good cad computer cannot be found for $400 new, check your local used market.
