Best AIO for i9-9900k

I was considering a custom loop, but from what I can tell an AIO should be more than enough for my needs.

 

I have an Intel i9-9900k coming in with an MSI MEG z390 Godlike Gaming Motherboard, that will probably be going into a Corsair Obsidian 750D case. 

 

I want to clock the i9 at 5.0 which from what I'm reading shouldn't be a problem.  

 

What is the best possible aio I would need? Will a 480 rad work, or will I need to go 360? I don't mind mounting top, side, whichever is possible.

There aren't any 480mm AIOs.

You would need a custom loop for that.

I use a h150i pro and my 9900k is running on 5.0 with okay temps, but my case isn't restricting the airflow needed for the rad, so you might need a higher fanspeed than me for the same temps

I think it's as much the airflow of the case too.  A good 360mm AIO will be fine as long as you have enough air passing thru  the radiator.

There is no way to have better airflow for the rad than my case, because I use a Raijintek paean with tha rad mount...

And the fans have to run faster if you have something in the way of your airflow

I have a Corsair Obsidian 750D case. Also if I got the 150I pro would I need to upgrade fans, and which would be the best?

Right now I'm looking at the Kraken 72, or h150i. I don't think that airflow should be a problem, but might upgrade fans just in case. I'm not worried about how loud it is really, most audio that's important will be through a set of headphones, so want to focus more on performance.

I wouldn't spend that much for a premium AIO then change fans, but it's your money.  They perform well out of the box.

I'm also getting an EVGA RTX2080TI Black Edition, which should arrive today. I honestly don't even know if I'll OC the GPU, should I get a cooler for that card as well, or will it be fine as is?

Got me on that one, I can't even fathom putting an aftermarket cooler on an $1100 GPU.  Cuz if it doesn't work well for $1100, why the fuck buy it

Lol very good point, although I did spend just over that combined for a CPU and MB and still cooling it

 

I'll probably skip on the GPU cooling for right now, can always change if I OC it.

The black edition cooler should be fine for OC'ing though.
