HELP ME BOTTLENICKING - The Evil Within 2

Specs:

Intel i7 - 4790

 - Galax GTX 1050 Ti 

-16gb ram 2400 (but lock on my mobo is 1600mhz)

h97 gigabyte

is this bottleck Evil within 2? 

max - 30 fps (60 fps if loading)

 min - 19 fps          

 

But in this picture. have a nice fps...

More likely you just need to lower settings. 1050Ti isn't exactly a powerhouse.

upgrade your video card if your able to. The cost might seem a bit much to upgrade but it will be worth it. A rx580 would be a big jump in performance 

No cpu mobo or ram atm

2tb wd black gen 4 nvme 

2tb seagate hdd

Corsair rm750x 

Be quiet 500dx 

Gigabyte m34wq 3440x1440
