Amazon lowered their price for it as well. $309 from $329, but they also added taxes on orders from my state. I did the math and what they're charging for the 1TB adds an additional 524GB for only $220 extra over getting the 500GB. Samsung announced a $.65/GB marketing plan at CES. So prices will come down again.

I believe it was the NeweggTV interview with Samsung SSD ?director/project manager?.
