How to sync no-name peripherals to SignalRGB?

Looking at getting some budget stuff for my setup that will sync to SignalRGB, as I'm already using it. However, none if them are in the compatible devices list, but that doesn't necessarily mean they aren't compatible. If they aren't compatible, I'll be looking for a cheap controller. However, if anyone has some useful info, I'm open to it
