Ryzen 2600 build not getting screen signal

XxSandmandoggxX

I just build my system:
Ryzen 2600

Corsair vengeance 16 gb 3000mhz

Asrock fatal1ty 4k 450b

VS650 corsair psu

rtx 2060 gigabyte oc version

MX 250 gb SSD

barracuda 1 TB HHD

I assembled all the parts and tried to turn on the system, it wouldn't show any lights other than the motherboards light and the cpu fan and gpu fans where both spinning, the case fan didn't. After checking the pins of the SW and the fan I found out I plugged them in the wrong ones and put them in right. This time everything went on, the cpu fan the gpu fans the case fan and the fans light even the on and off button gave a light. I tried to turn on the screen, again nothing. I saw I hadn't connected the cpu pin so I did that. This time everything seemed to work even my mouse and keyboards lights turned on. But the screen still wouldn't pop up. I tried everything several hdmi cables vga cables diffirent monitors but nothing worked. I honestly have no clue what to do, I am pretty sad since this costed me around 1000$. I have my ram sticks on a2 and b2 but the one on a2 wasn't clicked in so I again corrected it, still nothing. What could be the issue? If you have any idea please let me know, I am desperate.

Well since you mentioned twice that you messed up connections... I would take ALL connections apart and redo them ALL.  By this I mean all PSU cables as well as components.  Reseat your RAM, GPU, etc etc etc. It's just time at this point.

If everything is connected properly, the only thing left is a defective part.

Reading this sounds like you did a very rushed job (see also, way to excited) and have likely VERY loose ends not coming together to finish this build.

Oh, the 2060 doesn't have a VGA connection, are you using the motherboard or GPU to monitor?

I did everything patiently and I have advised my motherboard manual several times. I will redo all the cables though.

Your post does not read patience lol...about every week I do something inside my PCs and even I leave something unplugged on accident sometimes.

Follow a BreadBoarding guide completely - this will isolate any real issue.

Hell I put in a new GPU last week and....forgot to plug in the HDMI cable.  Stood there dumbfounded for a few minutes before I had to walk away, refresh my head, take a new look and see that cable lol.  And Im not nearly as noob as most (more a Noob, with a capital letter denoting my superiority over noobs ;) )

I had something similar happen to me. I went a built a new computer but couldn't for the life of me figure out why it wouldn't turn on. Recabeled everything twice and still didn't work. Checked the power switch multiple times still didn't do anything. I finally gave up until the next day. I come back to realize that the psu cord that I had plugged into the wall was a different psu cord than the one that was connected to my computer. I laughed pretty hard when I realized I had spent 5 hours the other day trying to figure it out when it just wasn't plugged in.
