Does PSU quality help other component' lifespans

So I've got frankly, an amazing PSU. Finally. 5v is 5v, 3.3v is 3.328v and 12v is 12.096v. Would these tight voltage deviations help let's say MB power delivery systems last a little longer (as I assume they don't have to regulate the power as much)?

Yes, but it's the other way around. Bad PSUs reduce the lifespans of other components, while good PSUs don't. 

 

How did you measure the voltages? 

Also the deviation isn't so important as much as voltage drop from low load to high load.

Using HWmonitor. Usually under load the voltage deviation gets even closer to 0%.

Ignore any software readings, they aren't accurate at all. Use a digital multimeter if you wish to know your voltages.

Being close to the rated voltage isn't what matters. Ripple is what matters. Medium and low quality PSUs have terrible ripple.

well seeing as a good PSU wont ripple, spike or FUCKING EXPLODE id say yah, it helps :P

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
