New Build "Raven's Hammer"

Due to a kitty exploring my water loop I have been forced to start this build early. The primary purpose of this build is to have fun and maybe stream at some point. Some of the parts including the case, GUP's and water-cooling I am reusing and will upgrade later on in the year if I can get my military disability claim approved. Although the Core P5 is an open case with plenty of room for building there are some issues. E-ATX motherboards cover the cable pass-through ports I have included a photo for reference. My first thought is to get a sheet of Lexan to cover up all the old holes and make a new layout on the Lexan which should make for a clean look and decrease the flex that the P5 suffers from. However, I am open to advise on alternatives that a novice can tackle. I am still waiting for some parts to get in so it will be a few weeks before I will be able to start so I have plenty of time to plan out the case mod. As the tag implies, this build would not be happening if Linus would have put a warning about bad kitties and open frame cases in his water cooling vids. All kidding aside a big thank you to Liuns and Paul for all the tips and how too's

Scratch and Dent open box at 50% off ended up being cheaper than the 3200 I was going to get.
