Stuck Between Two Cases for my Build

Dvrman123

Hi Guys,

Could really use some help deciding which case and motherboard to purchase for my build, I've been slowly buying pieces and this will be my first Mini ITX build. I'm stuck between these two:

I'll list the components i'm purchasing for the build, some i've purchased others I have not:

Any tips when building the ITX computer would be awesome! :)

Thank you everyone!

If those are your mobo options, obviously the z390. It is pointless to buy an unlocked processor to pair it with a locked mobo. As for the case, I know this wasn't one of your options, but the NZXT h200i is a really nice case

Thank you so much for pointing that out, I didn't realize the b360 was a locked mobo. It would of been a sad day if I would of built it without knowing this.

It's the same thing as the h200 but it has light strips built I believe? Do you think it will be to much RGB with the cooler, fans, and ram already having rgb components?

It also has better cable management capabilities, which is honestly a big pet peeve for me lol. It may seem like it doesn't matter that much, but my case has ok cable management and it bothers me, plus the 200i looks cleaner. Also, eh, my build has rgb ram, mobo, fans, and cooler, and it is not a lot honestly. As long as you dont use the rainbow setting on everything lol

Yes, the H200 and H200i are the same case but the H200i has LED strips and a "machine learning" smart hub, which IMO neither feature is worth the extra $40.

Thank you everyone for your help. I'm going with the z390-I motherboard and the H200. My water cooler comes with an RGB hub that will hook in and work with the 4pin asus aura sync RGB or whatever it is called, so I can add in my strips later if i'd like to in theory.
