Your CPU and GPU are so bad they compliment each other quite well

I suggest waiting until you have a bigger budget as you won't get anything of quality with 400 CAD

that would be a super long time, i would prefer to atleast upgrade one of the components and then later on save up for another.

I wont recommend upgrading the CPU or GPU without knowing the model of the power supply first.

Well, the CPU you have would be a gigantic bottleneck to the GPU (1070) so I think getting a 2600, b450 motherboard, and 3000mhz ram now, then upgrade the GPU in the future.

Surely Canada gets more snow then around these parts. Can't shovel the neighbors driveway for a couple pesos? I don't recommend buying things one at a time. It often leads to people regretting purchasing one thing because something else came out in the mean time.

Ok? Your CPU is better than mine, if we're talking about personal rigs now.

1. where i live at the moment snow is super on and off, one day there would be snow and it would melt the next day so no one even bothers but that assumption was super funny lol

2. by not getting money for a while i literally meant a super long time. i sold a lot of my things (ps4, video games, accounts) and i have nothing else left besides my PC. i could possibly sell the parts after upgrading tho

i dont really understand the concept of bottleneck, even if it doesnt perform as well it would probably be way better than my 1050 for the being till my cpu is upgraded

kinda, I guess. Essentially, a bottleneck is when one thing holds something back from it's full potential. Those two things in this case, are the CPU and GPU. My PC can be an example. I have a fairly powerful GPU, a 1070Ti, and a shitty quad core CPU that's on par with a 2nd generation core i5.

It's not the wattage, its the fact that the PSU quality is dog shit. You get what you pay for, though.

I'm definitely not a PSU expert. @ears_ears does know a good deal about PSUs, if he responds I'm sure he can help you out with PSUs.
