Was it a good decision? Aorus X5 V6 Laptop. Did I make a mistake?

I just bought used laptop. It comes with 2 years warranty so if I don't do anything to it and it dies on it's own I get money back.

 

It comes with the following:

GTX 1070

6820HK (Overclockable CPU)

2x8GB of DDR4 at 2133 I believe.

256GB NVMe Drive and 1TB 7200 RPM HDD

15.6 inch

120Hz G-Sync Display

Individuall lit RGB keyboard

HDMI 2.0 2x

DP 1.3 1x

USB Type C (not Thunderbolt) Gen 2

1x Audio Jack 

1x Microphone Jack

Got a Amazon Basics bag for it for free also

 

It can accept 2x NVMe SSDs and it supports RAIDs 0 etc

 

Planning to get the 1TB HDD out and use my 250GB SSD instead, so it's just SSD storage (I already have the SSD)

 

Checked temps and they never go above 85C when OCed apparently (been reading a lot of reviews)

It's B grade so it might have a scratch or 2 but otherwise very good condition.

Was it a good choice?

I wanted to buy something that will more or less be RTX 2060 in a laptop without RTX features.

I believe when OCed the 6820HK can get 170 in single core Cinebench and about 790 in multicore R15 VS 8750h 6 core CPU of about 1050 score.

 

As far as I am aware it does not overheat it stays in mid 80's but when OC is turned off, it's even cooler.

 

Don't mind playing at 1080p display as it's only 15.6 inch screen.

 

Laptop that was also for sale with 120Hz display was £950 vs this one for £1050. That one had 1060 and 8750H but overheats hard when it comes to CPU (about 90-95 when gaming) and this one is about 15C below it. also GPU here is 1070 (not max Q, it's full blown 1070).

 

Did I make a mistake or was it a decent deal? Especially with the warranty.

I just needed someone else to approve, since I'm literally not sure anymore, I've been looking at other laptops and they just trade blows. This one is the in between one.

I know RTX 2060 comes out, so I bought something that more or less matches it.
