Build Planning after NVidia and AMD Keynotes

Seacoast

Well CES is in full swing and we have seen much of what is to come early 2019.

I am planning on updating my Computer this year.  Currently I have the following:

https://pcpartpicker.com/user/DTurner09/saved/Pst299

CPU: i5-3350P

GPU: EVGA GTX 760 4GB

Memory: 16GB DDR3

MOBO: ASRock Z77 Exreme4

I am planning on doing an upgrade this year and can't decide if I would get more for my money if I wait till the mid summer.  My use case is mostly gaming, some streaming potentially with friends but mostly general productivity and browsing reddit and youtube.  Oh and I plan to also do some over clocking.

My I'm contemplating the following Options:

CPU:

---Option 1: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X

---Option 2: Wait for the 3rd Gen Mid Summer

GPU: Trying to keep this part under $500 preferably in the 300-400 Range (Will be doing 1080p gaming)

---Option 1: GTX 2060 (~$350)

---Option 2: RX 590 (~$300-350)

---Option 3: Vega 56 or 64 (~$400-600)

---Option 4: Wait to see if AMD Release Mid Tier of 7nm GPU

Memory: 16GB DDR4 3000 or 3200

MOBO: ASRock X470 Master SLI/AC (I have done a decent bit of research and I think this is the MOBO for me.)

I'd wait till mid summer, i.e prime day, or around that time.

I didn't even think about Prime Day, I may be able to get some great deals.  Right now my PC runs what I need so no need to hop right out and upgrade it this week.  Thanks.
