Advice on purchasing a 1080p monitor

Hey guys, currently looking to buy a monitor, which should be:

- 23" or 24" (23.8") inch diagonal

-No ultrawide

-1080P

-IPS

-Used for gaming and movies/shows, no professional work or photo/video editing. 

 

Considering i'm in Serbia, narrowed my search to these models which are available for me to buy in my country (this site just lists all available models and prices starting from the cheapest store): LIST HERE

 

I've considered the AOC 24V2Q, since i've been told its a good monitor for my budget (arround 200$). If anyone has a good recommendation or can help with picking a monitor, i would be grateful.

I personally like LG for budget gaming. because it's 75Hz monitor, while other models on this price range are 60Hz. you also get freesync and 1ms response time, which is a good deal for <$200 IPS monitor.
