  1. Looking to get a NH-D15S for my 11th gen Intel, however it doesn't mention the D15S chromax black edition in the FAQ. It mentions other chromax models though. If I get a D15S chromax black, will it come with the necessary mounting kit for the LGA 1200 socket?
  2. Do the clock timings matter for Intel even? If not, then i'll just get something that's available. The issue with nh-u12s is that in Serbia currently, everything regarding prices is fucked up, the only reason nh-15s is in there i can manage to snag something up locally. But yea, good advice. Unfortunately, i'm not very optimistic the market will normalize soon
  3. Budget (including currency): Would be nice to be kept under 1500e (with GPU) Country: Serbia Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): https://pcpartpicker.com/list/NHvbHz PCPartPicker Part List CPU: Intel Core i5-11400 2.6 GHz 6-Core Processor ($189.99 @ Best Buy) CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15S 82.52 CFM CPU Cooler ($89.95 @ Amazon) Motherboard: A
  4. Are you sure the monitors are connected to the GPU?
  5. I got a pair of Superlux HD681 for ~30$, amazing headphones. Only drawback is the emphasized treble, unless you can get the -B or -F model.
  6. Could you recommend a good PSU to go with this build?
  7. I'm currently looking to buy a new PC that will be used for gaming in 1080p, running a single monitor. Here's the build i came up with so far (prices vary a bit since i'm in Serbia): PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant Type Item Price CPU AMD - Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor $165.98 @ Newegg CPU Cooler Scythe - Mugen 5 Rev. B 51.17 CFM CPU Cooler $52.39 @ SuperBiiz Motherboard MSI - B450 GAMING PRO CAR
  8. Hey guys, currently looking to buy a monitor, which should be: - 23" or 24" (23.8") inch diagonal -No ultrawide -1080P -IPS -Used for gaming and movies/shows, no professional work or photo/video editing. Considering i'm in Serbia, narrowed my search to these models which are available for me to buy in my country (this site just lists all available models and prices starting from the cheapest store): LIST HERE I've considered the AOC 24V2Q, since i've been told its a good monitor for my budget (arround 200$). If anyone has a good recommendation
  9. How about you read the post 5 of us told you to read, then come back and read what you said. And how do you exactly know he will benefit from that? I mean, even if we assume the things you say (that are obviously false, that are written in the post linked in the thread), he will need to actually see the difference between 1-4 ms, which is just nearly impossible for general public. And if you say "well, i notice" again, reminder: placebo. Also, some of the stuff they use in esports is used because sponsors provide them with the equipment.
  10. Placebo. Did you even read the post i linked you? As it was written in the post i linked, they don't "react" faster. Some MAY react faster, others may not. Read the thing i linked, it's quite well explained in the stickied post.
  11. Calling bullshit on this. Literally the first thing on the stickied post: It's not superior because it's not the refresh rate. See above.
  12. Would you than say that the K70 non-RGB is worth its price?
  13. I got used to this weird setup for my hands (well, i play a lot of competitive FPS and MOBA games, so i kinda use all my fingers on my left hand except my thumb, and on my right hand i usually use my thumb for space and my index for typing. It looks really clunky, but i type kinda fast this way), so i'm mostly concerned whether i would feel the difference while i game (left hand on the keyboard only)
  14. I've been using membrane keyboards for as long as i've been using pc's, and i've been using them for nearly 15 years. Even though a huge portion of that is gaming, i do a lot of typing and working on it for university purposes. Now, i wish to upgrade to a new keyboard and i've noticed a lot of people are recommending mechanical keyboards over membrane. Even though i kinda had some mistrust towards the claims that they are way better than membrane, i saw a LOT of people saying that. So, I decided to look for a mechanical keyboard for myself. My friend recommended me several keyboards,
  15. Yesterday, I installed a clean version (i formatted the partition which contained the previous Windows) of Windows 8.1 (64-bit) + updates (Legit version, got it as a student). However, after playing some games, I noticed it was running worse than when it had a Windows 7 which was gathering everything for a year and a half. I updated my drivers that ASUS provided, i updated my graphic card drivers, checked if the redistributables were updated (directx, dotnet, visual c++), but the games still slower (lower FPS) and in some cases, my old PC (5-6 years old) runs them better. Short specs: AS
