RX 570 performing "below expectations"!?

I just got a new MSi Armor RX 570 8G OC and I installed a fresh version of WIndows 10 as well the newest Adrenalin drivers and then userbenchmarked my pc and saw that my gpu is below expectations which really scared me, espically since its brand new and payed more for oc model, so I came here

I don't know what those numbers mean.

Try actual gaming benchmarks (or whatever you use the gpu for) and compare your numbers with other people online.

Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.9 Ghz  | Gigabyte AB350M Gaming 3 |  PaliT GTX 1050Ti  |  8gb Kingston HyperX Fury @ 2933 Mhz  |  Corsair CX550m  |  1 TB WD Blue HDD

Inside some old case I found lying around.

Try overclocking it. But really, that test doesn't show what other system spec the other people had. So, maybe they're just beating you with better CPUs. Maybe they've overclocked. Maybe they have better 570s. Lots of variables.

I did Cloud Gate on 3DMark and I got near 19000, I already OC'ed it a few times but it made like 2 in-game fps difference so I put it back and I have also increases and lowered power limits and it didnt make much difference higher, whats really bothering me is the fact i saw a video of someone and their rx 570 in gta v with redux at ultra at just under 60 fps and me without redux at ultra get 25 fps and i have fxaa and msaa off.

That report says you have high background activity, it also shows that your RAM is running below it's spec. Your GPU core is running at 1268MHz which is quite low, you should be able to add like a 100MHz offset.

I Oc'ed it too 2250MHz and it was fine except web browser would freeze ocasionally, ill retest it with OC and get back.

You bought the cheapest model. Armor is crap.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

Very high background CPU (35%). High background CPU reduces benchmark accuracy. Find active processes with Windows task manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC).

I just turned off VSR, Enhanced Sync, Radeon Chill, and ReLive as well many settings were capped in WattMan so I will test GTA V again.

*Edit* Thanks, turning off these settings really helped bumping my GTA V Ultra FPS from 25-50 to 80-140

Fresh NEW Benchmarks! :)
